In partnership with myLIFEspeaks, Third Lens worked to establish a permanent campus for educational programs in the Neply community. Phase One included foundational facilities to support the ministry’s growth, and Phase Two introduced a Community Center that provides space for learning and community engagement. Phase Three completed the construction of primary and secondary school buildings, creating dedicated spaces for academic excellence and holistic development for students in the community.

Third Lens partnered with City of Refuge to bring their vision to life—a safe and supportive housing space for men transitioning off the streets, overcoming addiction, and taking steps toward a brighter future. Our team managed the planning and construction process, including selective demolition, structural remediation, and full interior renovation to restore the building from the inside out. The result is a completely renewed facility featuring 31 efficiency apartments, providing residents with stable housing and access to transformational vocational training on City of Refuge’s campus.

Third Lens partnered with Valley Light to manage the planning and construction of their permanent home in Kenya’s Rift Valley. We provided project management and oversight to ensure the new facility was built to meet the needs of the children while staying within budget and navigating challenges such as pandemic-related delays. From coordinating with architects and engineers to managing timelines and resources, our team supported every stage of the process. Today, the completed home offers a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment where more than 60 children can thrive.

The Wasparani Community Health Clinic was built in partnership with Mission Predisan and marked Third Lens’ very first project, setting a precedent for collaboration with ministry partners, industry professionals, and strategic supporters. Located in a remote region of southeastern Honduras, the Wasparani community previously had no access to healthcare. In partnership with the community and Predisan, we designed and built a facility that now provides essential healthcare services and education, while also hosting visiting doctors to deliver specialized care. This collaboration between local leaders and our team created a model of partnership that continues to guide our work today. The clinic remains a hub for healthcare in the region, providing accessible care for countless families.

Third Lens’ partnership with Plywood People involved designing and building a permanent space that reflects their mission to equip, empower, and resource social entrepreneurs and nonprofits. The project transformed an industrial warehouse into a vibrant co-working and event space designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The space includes dedicated offices, open co-working areas for full-time and part-time use, conference rooms for meetings, and an event space for gatherings, speaker engagements, and corporate rentals. Through strategic planning and procurement, our team delivered a high-quality space while maximizing resources and value.
